Sachin began his career in the Compliance Department at MAS Intimates – Linea Clothing, where he gained experience in industrial standards, process adherence, quality discipline, and structured operational environments. He later worked as an HR and Administrative Executive at a leading canned fish manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, developing further expertise in workforce coordination, employee relations, administrative operations, and large-scale production support. At Rapid Laundromat, Sachin applies his cross-industry experience to manage daily operations at the Yantampalawa branch, strengthen service efficiency, support team performance, maintain consistent quality standards, and deliver a reliable and customer-focused experience.
